Attenzione: se nello scaricare il nuovo numero vi arriva invece la versione precedente, provate a svuotare la cache del vostro PC. In "Explorer" seguire questo percorso: Strumenti > Opzioni Internet > Elimina File: vedi qui schermata finale.
Altro problema tipico: alcuni non riescono a visualizzare il bollettino correttamente perché hanno una vecchia versione di Acrobat Reader. Provate in questo caso a scaricare la nuova qui:
Attention: if, when downloading the new edition, the previous edition appears, try emptying the cache of your PC. In Internet Explorer click on: Tools > Internet Options , then, under "Temporary Files" click on: Delete Files. Check against this.
Another typical problem: some cannot view the pdf file of Echo correctly because they are using an old version of Acrobat Reader. In this case, try downloading the new version here:
